Mixology Expert

We are looking for a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests while ensuring a high level of service and hospitality.

About the Role:

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless operations.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
