About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and software.
  2. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and field technicians.
  3. Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities.
  4. Prepare and submit regular reports on service operations and customer feedback.

Requirements:
