Job Description

As an Operational Theatre Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and direction for the staff in the Operation theatre while supporting and delivering the goals of the department, division, service, and that of Hospital.
  • Ensuring the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care by monitoring and evaluating patient care processes.
  • Acting as a patient advocate, supervising the overall goals of the department, through leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
