We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company's enterprise architecture solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Architecture Design: Design and implement enterprise architecture solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to our sales teams to ensure they have the expertise needed to close deals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks on projects and complex opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global system architects to identify regional product gaps and enhancements.
  • Technical Skills Development: Enhance your technical skills through training, learning, and development to stay up-to-date on market trends and technology evolution.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide technical guidance and support to our sales force and customers.
  • Technical Risk Management: Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities.
  • Solution Offerings: Enhance our solution offerings by combining products with new technologies to deliver business value.
  • Achieve Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous improvement and technical learning to become a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Distribute, share, and expand knowledge among regional and local system architects.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate and create close working relationships with relevant stakeholders in the country on pre-sales and project execution phases.
  • Focus Areas: Focus on areas that make commercial sense and can have the biggest impact and best chance of winning for the country.
  • Innovative Solutions: Create and apply innovative solutions by combining the latest technologies with our products to deliver differentiation and tangible value to our business and our customers.
  • Risk Management: Provide risk management, create risk and opportunity registers, and perform GAP analysis.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical backup, presales support, and product/solution demonstrations to our sales teams.
  • Design and Specification: Develop and validate the right design and specification working as consultants to support local Solution Architects.
  • Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical notes, lessons learned, white papers, and specification documents.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Center: Work closely and collaborate with the Engineering Centre of Excellence, Category Management, Product Support, Segment Solution Architects, EcoXpert Partners, Global account managers, country organization, technical, and sales.
  • Software Tools Utilization: Promote and support the local region on utilizing software tools and assist in the development of application standards using scripting language to improve and drive Engineering efficiency and project delivery within the local region.
  • Integrated and Enterprise-Level Solutions: Provide support and, in some cases, the deployment for Integrated and Enterprise-level solutions (Merging IOT and OT) using our BMS platform implementing cause and effect between systems, database conversions, deployment of specialist graphics, and web-based solutions.
  • Enterprise System Integration Architecture: Create and apply Enterprise System integration architecture following guidelines and standards while fully quantifying associated risks.
  • Security Methodologies: Design and apply security methodologies (e.g., Cybersecurity) to protect systems in order to assist with data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Bespoke Complex Integrated Solutions: Provide technical design, support engineering, and deployment of bespoke complex integrated solutions.
  • Program Planning: Provide support and program plans, including required resources (time, personnel, facilities, and equipment) to ensure critical complex issues and corrective actions are identified and followed through to successful completion.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Management: Work with customers and stakeholders in a highly charged and complex environment.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: Be highly adaptable, mobile, and able to multi-task several projects and support requests working in proactive and reactive mode as necessary.
  • Codes and Standards: Understand codes and standards, governmental regulatory and industry standards.
