We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join our dynamic team, including those interested in project management, engineering design, and operations. As a Cooperative Training participant, you will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals, developing a deep understanding of industry best practices, innovative techniques, and cutting-edge technologies.Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing weekly/monthly reports and activities, using databases and developing informative content.
  2. Supporting experienced professionals with day-to-day tasks and projects, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  3. Conducting research and analysis as required, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
  4. Participating in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following attributes:

  1. A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. A strong academic record, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 out of 4 or 4 out of 5.
  5. A willingness to learn, adapt to new situations, and take on challenges with enthusiasm and resilience.
