We seek a strategic and analytical Staff Data Scientist to join Mozn's Data Science team. As a key member, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify challenges, define them mathematically and statistically, scope out projects and products in collaboration with your team and external stakeholders, and subsequently answer the identified questions.

As a Staff Data Scientist, your typical responsibilities may include:

• Partnering with Mozn's Leadership, Product, Business, and Engineering teams to facilitate insights and informed decision-making across products and projects.
• Working with extensive and complex datasets to resolve intricate, non-standard analysis problems through a combination of statistical and machine learning methodologies.
• Developing quality control and preprocessing tools for diverse data streams.
• Effectively communicating complex results and methods to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as engaging with a wide range of external clients.
• Remaining informed about advancements in Data Science and adjacent fields to guarantee the application of cutting-edge yet optimal approaches to pertinent problems.
• Performing additional duties related to the position as necessary.

Requirements

Our desired candidate possesses...

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other scientific disciplines.
• 6+ years of experience in developing AI solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of building and implementing commercial NLP solutions utilized in production environments.
• Expertise in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, data science, visualization, and simulation.
• Familiarity with Transformers.
• Demonstrated proficiency in NLP techniques and algorithms, encompassing text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and language generation.
• Proficiency in constructing neural network systems with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or Keras.
• Proficiency in Python programming at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Understanding of search technologies and experience with implementing search functionality.
• Familiarity with computational linguistics and knowledge bases/knowledge graphs.
