This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join as a Chartered Associate Director Level Pre-Contract Expert. The ideal candidate will have strong pre-contract experience, particularly in Cost Planning, Estimating, Value Engineering, Feasibility, Tender documents, Procurement, and interpreting cost plans from Drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-contract services across various projects, including Cost Planning, Estimating, Value Engineering, and Feasibility studies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Cost and the Senior Associate to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor: You must have MRICS or FRICS Quantity Surveying route.
  • Experience: Strong pre-contract experience is required, preferably with a Tier 1 Construction Cost Consultancy in a Director or Associate Director position.
  • Location: The role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. While Middle East experience is beneficial, it is not essential for this role.
  • Chartered Status: Chartered status (MRICS) is a requirement for this position. Please do not apply if you do not have MRICS Chartered Status.
  • Degree Qualification: A degree qualification in a construction-related subject such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience Requirement: Circa 15 years of experience is required, with the majority of your experience in pre-contract duties.
