Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Director of Front Office to join our team at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, guest services, and concierge departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Director in managing and supervising front office staff.
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Train front office staff on guest service standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
