About the Role

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in dermatology and be able to evaluate and manage complex medical cases independently. As a senior registrar, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership skills and provide guidance to junior medical staff and residents. Your commitment to professional development and adherence to the hospital's standards of excellence in dermatological care are essential aspects of this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in dermatology and lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Manage complex medical cases independently and provide expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents to ensure they meet the hospital's standards of excellence.
  • Contribute to the training and development of medical teams through participation in quality improvement initiatives and academic programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a medical school of good standing.
  • Completion of required period of training in dermatology and/or sub-specialty.
  • Board certification in the relevant medical specialty or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience after certification.
  • Proficiency in English and additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
