About This Role

This role is responsible for serving the needs of the business, guests, and colleagues by ensuring that all guest rooms are well maintained and cleaned, providing professional customer service, handling requests promptly and efficiently, and providing a safe and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all guest rooms at all times.
  • Clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
  • Clean and maintain all working equipment used.
  • Empty trash bins.
  • Keep track of the cleaning schedule.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, use and store chemicals properly, and use necessary safety materials when carrying out tasks to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ensure that lost and found items are properly stored and maintain accurate logs.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
