  5. Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with the development, business analysis, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery and collaborative problem-solving.
    2. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior testers as needed to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
  6. Performance and Security Testing:
    1. Conduct performance testing to ensure banking applications can handle high transaction volumes and meet scalability demands.
    2. Work with security teams to ensure that banking applications are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
