Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to implement and customize the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for businesses. The chosen candidate will work closely with clients to comprehend their needs and configure the Odoo system to meet those requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand client business processes, requirements, and objectives
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify business challenges that can be addressed by the Odoo system
  • Customize the Odoo ERP system to align with clients' business processes and needs
  • Develop and implement modules, workflows, and custom applications as required
  • Assist in migrating data from existing systems to Odoo, ensuring data integrity throughout the process
  • Create comprehensive training materials and documentation
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and databases for seamless data flow
  • Test and ensure the system meets client expectations
  • Maintain detailed records of configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring the Odoo ERP system
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo's functional modules (e.g., CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing)
  • Proficiency in Python programming is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
