Job Title: Anesthesia Senior Registrar

Antal International Network - IME is seeking an experienced Anesthesia Senior Registrar to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Anesthesia Senior Registrar to manage diverse anesthesia cases, contribute to a skilled medical team, and advance their career in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced clinical skills in the specialized field of anesthesia.
  • Manage complex medical cases independently and provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents, contributing to the training and development of medical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams to provide expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
  • Engage in clinical research activities and contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based medical practices.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department and contribute to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in the medical field.
  • Attend conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Advocate for patient rights and welfare, ensuring a patient-centered approach in medical care.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations and lead and participate in emergency medical responses.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing and completion of required period of training in specialty and/or subspecialty.
  • Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent, and fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must, and Dataflow is also required.
Professional Experience:
  • From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification, and a registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.
Language:
  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
