Job Description

The Retail Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional retail and operational standards across Sephora stores in the Central Region. This individual will be responsible for the people, standards, customer experience, financial, and operational management of stores, ensuring seamless execution of retail plans and driving store managers and teams to reach targets.

This leadership position requires a high-achieving drive, ability, and desire to drive change, team player, and confidence to work alone. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation, fully understanding business needs and adapting to requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-agreed sales and KPI performance targets through monitoring, identifying opportunities, and implementing actions.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all operational activity areas, driving sales and profitability through the performance, development, and coaching of Store Managers and store teams.
  • Provide leadership, support, and direction to store teams, reflecting vision and strategic direction of SME.
Performance Metrics and Deliverables
  • Exceed monthly sales turnover vs agreed budget.
  • Meet pre-agreed KPIs of conversion, ATV, UPT, and Sephora Collection.
  • Capture customer measures, exceeding CRM recruitment targets, CRM contribution, and App sign-ups.
  • Improve store productivity and efficiency through implementing Rotageek and back-office modeling.
