We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Agility. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation and safety of our electrical systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
  • Detect and correct malfunctions in electrical systems, identifying the root cause of issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Evaluate electrical systems, equipment, and components for potential hazards, defects, and compliance with local codes.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for safe equipment operations.
  • Design and implement electrical wiring and fixture layouts according to job specifications and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, prepare necessary reports, and manage supplies and equipment effectively.
  • Provide emergency assistance by operating generators, floodlights, and other necessary equipment.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in electrical work.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician.
  • Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
