Job Description
This role involves reporting to the Concierge Supervisor and being responsible for consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests. Key responsibilities include assisting with mail, messages, and plans or arrangements, as well as providing information on hotel facilities. You will also follow department policies and procedures, and all safety policies.
Key Requirements
- Previous customer-related experience is preferred.
- You must possess a professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is an asset.
- You must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, as well as be highly responsible and reliable.
- You should be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and cohesively as part of a team.
- You must be able to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
