We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Amman, Jordan/Saudi Arabia. As Head of Legal for our AMEA business unit, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on all matters related to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience working in-house or at a law firm, dealing with the construction and utility industry, engineering, or manufacturing. You will work closely with our management team, internal clients, engineers, technical teams, and commercial management to ensure compliance with our policies and governance rules.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing legal risks associated with EPC projects.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all matters related to contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and internal clients to ensure compliance with our policies and governance rules.
