Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Manager. This position offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals interested in working in a dynamic environment.
This role represents a chance to support the Business Finance Manager in delivering high-quality services and managing critical contracts with leading customers, adhering to general accounting and finance rules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with project managers and department heads to deliver reliable financial information and business support.
- Manage financial activities of Security contracts, including completing financial dashboards and cost control activities for Projects.
- Ensure cash collections and invoicing cycle is optimized, perform monthly profit & loss closing activities, and validate SAP closing data from project sales, cost of sales, and contract variances.
- Proactively take on administrative tasks for projects such as timesheets, track main project risks and opportunities, and participate in project forecasts and budgets.
- Provide support for internal and external audits as needed, assist in the implementation of IT tools and reporting techniques, and interface with Financial Shared Services.
Work Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience with accounting in a commercial environment and 3 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration / Economics.
Preferred Skills:
Motivated and sincere, hands-on with a willingness to learn and develop, excellent teamwork skills with peers and cross-functional teams, ambition to develop into new roles in 2-3 years, and fluency in English and Arabic.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
