Key Responsibilities:

The Business Planning Senior Specialist will support the Strategy and Network Manager in developing strategic plans and business cases for maritime transportation services under the management of NEOM Water Mobility.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop business cases and business plans for transportation systems, including water taxis, water shuttles, passenger ferries, and other services.
  2. Prepare investment and operational budgets for fleet acquisition, terminal development, and maritime transport operations.
  3. Support strategic planning of the maritime transport network by developing plans and presentations for route activation, fleet deployment, and personnel hiring.
  4. Configure the transport network by determining routes, frequencies, services, capacities, user types, and service types.
  5. Prepare operational plans and service level agreements for internal clients.
  6. Support strategic requirements related to subcontracting processes, asset acquisition, and procurement.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
