About the Role

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking a highly skilled Documentation Governance Specialist to lead our Permanent Documentation function. This is a critical role that requires expertise in archives and records management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines for permanent documentation management
  • Oversee the management of filing, retrieval, security, accessibility, and scanning of organizational documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Contribute to business planning and budgeting processes
  • Lead and develop direct reports, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

A Bachelor's degree in Archives and Records Management or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
