Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Managing Director, responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our organization. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring physical presence in Riyadh with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience in the financial services sector, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive or managing director role.
  • Proven leadership within the banking and fintech industries, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory environments.
  • Strong background in strategy, financial oversight, and operational excellence, with a track record of driving business growth and navigating startups or scale-ups.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with Arabic language fluency highly valued.
