About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating electro-mechanical projects from initiation to completion, leading a team of electrical and mechanical professionals, and developing project plans and timelines.
Key Accountabilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate electro-mechanical projects, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of electrical and mechanical professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve project goals.
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure project success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, quality delivery, and effective communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator in the telecom field.
- Excellent knowledge of civil and E&M scope of work in the telecom field.
- Fluent English language skills.
- A valid driving license.
