About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and people plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic business partner, providing input into decisions and plans for business units, leading autonomous HR business activity for respective units.
- Partner with leaders to drive change, organisational development and risk analysis using data to drive effective decision making.
- Develop strategies to effectively manage performance improvement and poor conduct through disciplinary & grievance policies.
- Support leaders and leadership teams to manage performance, employee relations, wellbeing, engagement and retention activities.
You will work closely with the people team to deliver annual people calendar activities and coordinate with the talent attraction team to facilitate recruitment and onboarding for business units.
The successful candidate will be able to apply theory and put HR skills into practice to solve problems and issues of diverse scope and complexity.
Requirements:- A good understanding of the employee lifecycle, diverse needs at specific stages and how to integrate people policies and practices in people plan delivery.
- Developing people plans & strategies.
- Attracting, recruiting and onboarding talent.
- Assessing and building capability.
- Identifying, developing and managing talent.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
