We are seeking a seasoned management senior consultant to join our client's consulting team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing business and delivering projects of high quality for high-profile clients.
Responsibilities- Facilitate and attend client meetings to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic and practical solutions to client problems, ensuring effective results.
- Conduct thorough research to establish ideal solutions for clients' businesses, driving growth and success.
- Present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner, facilitating understanding and decision-making.
- Identify areas for improved processes and implement changes, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Contribute to the creation of deliverables, meeting project deadlines and expectations.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of client projects, guiding teams and driving project delivery.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Evaluate project requirements, translate analysis into actionable insights, and ensure quality assurance of results.
- A master's degree or equivalent qualification in management, such as PMP.
- At least 10 years of experience, including five years in consulting services with a reputable firm.
- Exposure to at least two disciplines, such as strategy articulation, organizational development, rewards, process improvement, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
