Abroad Work is searching for a seasoned Executive Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team in Mecca. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.

Job Duties:
  1. Design and implement menu items showcasing traditional and modern Indian flavors
  2. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and team supervision
  3. Train and mentor kitchen staff on best practices in food preparation, safety, and sanitation
  4. Guarantee high-quality food production, presentation, and service
  5. Maintain efficient labor costs
  6. Partner with restaurant managers to develop marketing strategies highlighting the restaurant's unique offerings

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine
  2. Comprehensive understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, cooking techniques, and regional variations
  3. Able to create new dishes while preserving traditional flavors and techniques
  4. Effective leadership skills to motivate and inspire kitchen staff
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  6. Familiarity with health code regulations and ability to maintain clean kitchen environment
