Kennel Attendant

PetCheck Urgent Care is a leading provider of animal care services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Kennel Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our animal care staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, maintaining a clean and safe boarding environment, and collaborating with our veterinary team to deliver outstanding service.

• Ensure the well-being and comfort of patients through regular exercise, feeding, and attention
• Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work closely with veterinary staff to identify and address any health concerns or issues
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing ideas and suggestions for improving animal care and client satisfaction

• Previous experience working in a boarding facility or kennel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift patients up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients over 25 pounds with assistance
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE
