Responsibilities
  1. System Configuration: Customize the inventory management system to meet client-specific requirements, integrate it with existing systems, and test/troubleshoot system configurations to ensure functionality and reliability.
  2. Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, gather/document client requirements, and provide recommendations on best practices for inventory optimization.
  3. Training and Support: Conduct hands-on training sessions for end-users, develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs, and offer ongoing technical support to resolve client queries.

Requirements
