Aumet, Inc. seeks a seasoned Implementation Specialist to oversee the successful deployment of our inventory management system. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients, configure the system, conduct training sessions, and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
Responsibilities- System Configuration: Customize the inventory management system to meet client-specific requirements, integrate it with existing systems, and test/troubleshoot system configurations to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, gather/document client requirements, and provide recommendations on best practices for inventory optimization.
- Training and Support: Conduct hands-on training sessions for end-users, develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs, and offer ongoing technical support to resolve client queries.
- Quality Assurance: Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency during system migration and monitor/evaluate system performance post-implementation to ensure success metrics are met.
- Reporting and Feedback: Create detailed progress reports and present them to stakeholders, gather client feedback, and work with the development team to implement system improvements.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage the implementation process from initiation to completion, develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare informatics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in implementing inventory or ERP systems.
- Proven track record of managing multiple implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP tools, and project management software.
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
