TWH is a multidisciplinary team providing specialized therapy services to the Muslim community. Our staff are trained to deliver culturally sensitive care, acknowledging the importance of faith and cultural background in therapy.
Job Details
This is a contract-based, remote Speech-Language Pathologist position requiring expertise in speech delays, stuttering, stammering, oral placement therapy, dysphagia, and neurodivergent conditions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech and language disorders, including stuttering, stammering, and neurodivergent conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with other therapists and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Maintain accurate progress reports and communicate effectively with clients and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Urdu, Hindi, English.
- Must be a practicing Muslim who understands Islamic values and the Muslim community.
