We are excited to welcome a talented Financial Planning Analyst to our team As a key member of our planning and forecasting process, you will work closely with our Business Partners and MD to provide financial insights and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of forecasts and results.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the planning and forecasting process for the entity, including P&L, Balance sheet, Cashflow, and non-financial data.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of forecasts and results along with good commentary on variances.
  • Supporting the Business leaders in meetings, challenging their estimates, and setting new targets.
  • Analyzing and comparing statements from the Business against supporting data and trends.
  • Questioning the accounting team regarding variances in actual results and meaningfully challenging their explanations.
  • Maintaining a strong and positive working culture with all stakeholders and providing effective and prompt communication.
  • Submitting deliverables in a fast-paced work environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
  • Relevant certification such as CMA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent is preferred.
