Job Summary

Stantec is seeking a highly skilled Junior Inspector to join our team. As a Junior Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction projects, providing quality assurance oversight, and recommending corrective actions to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and testing to verify the suitability of in-place work, materials, and equipment.
  • Review and comment on proposed construction or service performance techniques, procedures, and methods.
  • Prepare and update quality assurance plans and procedures for the project.
  • Monitor construction contractors or service providers procedures for the identification, classification, tracking, resolution, and disseminating of information pertaining to construction and performance deficiencies.
  • Assist the project team in providing safety oversight, documentation of such oversight, and directing corrective actions in cases of life-threatening situations.

Qualifications:

  • University/College technical degree and/or equivalent work experience relating to the engineering technology required.
  • Minimum of 3 years overall experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Engineering.
  • Level 2 English language ability. Ability to speak and read Arabic.
