Job Title: Urology Specialist - Medical Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Urology Specialist to join our team as a Medical Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the diagnosis, treatment, and surgical interventions for complex urological cases.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Mentor and supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
• Participate in research activities and contribute to the hospital's excellence in education and research.
• Represent the department in committees and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
• Completion of required period of training in specialty and/or Subspecialty.
• Saudi Arab or American /European Board Certification or equivalent.
• Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
• Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience:

• Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in specialty.
• A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Estimated Salary: SAR 200,000 - SAR 250,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
