Job Summary:

The Membership Host is responsible for managing member inquiries, promoting memberships, maintaining records, and providing a warm welcome to all members and guests. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage member inquiries and provide detailed information about club services and membership options.
  • Promote new offers, events, and activities to members in collaboration with marketing and events teams.
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and updating member records.
  • Offer tours for potential members and explain the benefits of joining the club.
  • Support members with reservations, event bookings, and other requests.
  • Resolve member concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of member reception areas and lounges.
  • Stay informed about all club services, events, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collect and share member feedback with management to continuously improve services.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National citizenship.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel, club, or spa setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Proficiency in CRM or membership software is an advantage.
  • Professional demeanor with discretion to handle sensitive situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
