Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management team at oilandgas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on petrochemicals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage a team of project managers and engineers, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project completion.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on petrochemicals.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of project managers and engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
