Job Description

The role of a Global Scholarship Program Manager involves planning, implementing, and supervising the administration and development of scholarship programs. The individual will be responsible for contributing to the development of the annual work plan and budget of the scholarship program.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day scholarship activities, including preparing calls for applications, conducting in-house screening processes, and overseeing shortlisting and selection of students through two Selection Committees.
  2. Supervise onboarding of newly selected students and oversee monitoring and management of active students until graduation.
  3. Conduct strategy and impact studies related to scholarship programs.
  4. Develop detailed plans for missions and ensure their effective execution.

This role requires excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, business acumen, and strategic planning skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in scholarship programs management or education-related institutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong SAP ERP experience, be proficient in French, and have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
