Project Planning and Scheduling Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning and Scheduling expert to lead the planning and delivery of multiple Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management projects.

About the Role

This senior professional will utilize advanced computer-based planning and scheduling techniques to develop detailed engineering and installation project networks and schedules. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and manage budgets to achieve optimal results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Planning Expertise: Apply Primavera Project Planning software to plan and schedule projects effectively, taking into account complex dependencies and constraints.
  • Budget Management: Implement cost-effective planning services within assigned budget constraints, ensuring maximum value for clients.
  • Critical Path Method: Apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop realistic project timelines and milestones.
  • Earned Value Management: Use Earned Value Management techniques to measure project performance, status, and progress.
  • Leadership and Communication: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Work within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Unit, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Negotiation and Leadership: Proven ability to negotiate, mediate, delegate, lead a team, or participate as a team member.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant subject.
  • Experience: Computer-based Project Management Planning experience, particularly utilizing Primavera P3/P6 package or equivalent.
  • Schedule Set-up: Experience in setting up P6/Cloud for large global projects with multiple interfaces & stakeholders.
