Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Logistic Lead to oversee and coordinate logistics operations between 25 Magna Contractors and DSV JV at NEOM. This role involves managing the end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring seamless coordination between both entities, optimizing logistics efficiency, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for logistics operations between Magna Contractors and DSV JV, ensuring clear communication and coordination of activities, including shipment scheduling, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment.
* Lead and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution processes, developing and implementing strategies to optimize the logistics network, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and timely delivery between Magna Contractors and DSV JV.
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Magna Contractors, DSV JV, and any third-party logistics providers involved in the supply chain, negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with carriers and service providers to optimize costs and service levels.
* Oversee inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are managed effectively between Magna Contractors and DSV JV to meet project requirements, implementing inventory control procedures and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and alignment with demand.
* Ensure all logistics operations are in compliance with relevant transportation, safety, and environmental regulations, preparing and presenting regular reports on logistics operations, including key performance indicators (KPIs), cost analysis, and delivery performance.
* Address and resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise between Magna Contractors and DSV JV, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, analyzing root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
* Excellent writing and speaking skills.
* Demonstrated skills in communication in English.
* Experience: 5+ years.
