Key Account Manager

The Business Growth Strategist will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market share in the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide product, service, and equipment technical and engineering information to customers.
- Prepare cost estimates and submit orders as required.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, construction management).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good computer skills.
