Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for responding to and investigating security incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Your primary focus will be on serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on the incident response lifecycle, owning deep dive investigations and coordination to turn data into information. You will also provide leadership and guidance to security analysts and influence service teams across the organization to develop systems and processes with security best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, experience with cloud technologies, and proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Jupyter, R, and Python. Additionally, you will have 3+ years of experience with incident handling/response, active attacks/live scenarios/applied computer security.

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about engineering robust solutions to complex security challenges and can quickly design and build solutions to address them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the incident response lifecycle.
  • Respond to Incidents in a timely manner, providing leadership & guidance to all security analysts.
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into threat and fraud abuse reports and detections.
