Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Manager to lead our Front Desk team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, managing front desk operations, and supervising staff. Your expertise in hospitality management will be invaluable in driving guest satisfaction and financial success.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information and services.
  • Supervise daily front office operations, promoting a safe environment and quality services.
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of Front Desk and Bell/Valet staff.
  • Act as a resource for supervisors, agents, and valet with front office procedures.
  • Facilitate smooth guest arrivals and departures during peak times.
  • Courteously answer inquiries and accept reservations from agents.
  • Maintain knowledge of in-house and area functions to address guest questions and concerns.
  • Review guest issues with staff, ensure departmental contact for resolution, and follow up with guests.
  • Oversee concierge duties completed by staff, including transportation and package arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Saudi National status (mandatory).
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Service-focused personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role (an asset).
  • Prior experience working with Opera or related systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to lead by example.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management (an asset).
  • Additional language proficiency (an advantage).
