Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our group or team, preparing and distributing correspondence, programming and filing documentation, and monitoring office supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the relevant group or team.
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Program and file documentation, and set up and maintain group filing.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with a range of administrative activities including expense report preparation, purchase order processing, meeting arrangements, travel and accommodation arrangements, and reception cover.
