Nurse Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our team at Antal International Network | IME Offices. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, applying dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
2. Assess and treat patient conditions in collaboration with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
3. Perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population.
4. Oversee and guide the work of other nursing and support staff.
5. Ensure adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures.
6. Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience, including in-depth experience in required specialty.
3. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
4. Good communication skills and a well-exhibited patient care attitude.
5. Teamwork and collaboration.
