Responsibilities and Deliverables:

In this critical role, you will contribute significantly to Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company's risk management and operational resilience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing the Pre-Award/Project Risk Register and Risk Assessment in Decision Making (RADM) to guide strategic decisions.
  • Coordinating Post-Award Project Risk Assessment (PRA3) activities, such as risk exposure identification, monitoring, and mitigation planning.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the Group, focusing on PRA documentation and process enhancements.
  • Acting as the central point for coordinating, monitoring, and driving project risks management initiatives within the Group.
  • Collaborating with departments to develop, maintain, and enhance the Group Crisis Management Plan (CMP) in response to potential crises.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Al Ayuni Crisis Management Framework (CMF) through regular Call Tree Testing, annual walkthroughs, and crisis management exercises.
  • Leading the development and improvement of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for office and yard operations to restore normal business operations following disruptions.
  • Executing bi-annual Call Tree Testing, annual walkthrough tests on BCP, and conducting Business Continuity Management testing in line with the Al Ayuni Business Continuity Management Framework (BCMF).
  • Carrying out additional duties as assigned by their supervisor.
