We are currently looking to recruit a Strategic Growth Specialist for our client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and would appreciate your assistance in determining an appropriate salary range and package for this role based on the prevailing market conditions.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for our products and services to increase revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and meet customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales in Saudi Arabia in the field of industrial lifting and rigging, industrial tools, and hardware.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • A valid KSA driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Estimated Salary Range: SR 120,000 - SR 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
