About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of metro projects within our program. This is a high-profile role that requires a strong background in mega construction projects, with a focus on metro development and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor contractor performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve project objectives.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required to support the successful delivery of metro projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in mega construction projects, with strong metro development and delivery experience across multi-disciplinary and functional teams.
  • Extensive experience managing significant metro contracts and working in challenging multi-partner environments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to work in and lead complex teams.
  • Safety Qualification / Awareness Training.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
