About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing document control policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance across all documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain document management processes and systems that support project delivery.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, reports, correspondence, and drawings.
- Monitor and track document revisions, approvals, and distributions, ensuring accurate logging of changes.
- Provide training and support to project teams on document control processes and tools.
- Ensure standardization and accessibility of documents for relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and quality compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance document management practices and facilitate information flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in document control or records management within the construction or real estate industries.
- Strong knowledge of document control best practices and standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
