Operations Efficiency and Strategy Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Efficiency and Strategy Coordinator to join our team at Matrix Consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommending improvements using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements using data-driven approaches.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to optimize resource utilization, process efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project performance metrics and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
