Job Summary

This is a key leadership role within our company where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire yacht production process.

As Head of Production, you will drive the company's strategic growth while ensuring exceptional quality and maximizing efficiency.

  1. Oversee the entire yacht production process.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing production systems.
  • Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring best collaboration between engineering, procurement, subcontractors, quality control, and logistics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in yacht building with a BSc/MSc degree in a technical discipline.
  • Proven track record in scaling production and driving growth.
  • Expertise in yacht construction, materials, and industry regulations.
  • Skilled in lean manufacturing, cost control, and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strategic mindset, aligning production with business goals.
  • Fluent in English (an additional European language is considered a plus).
