">The Senior Planning Specialist will be responsible for leading the development of ZATCA's strategic planning process, focusing on aligning the organization's strategic priorities with its mission and vision, conducting comprehensive analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to formulate and implement effective strategies.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Lead the development of the Strategy & Studies business plan, ensuring alignment with ZATCA's overall strategy.
- Develop the operational plan for Strategic Planning in line with the Strategy & Studies business plan and Strategy and Trade Facilitation strategic plan.
- Implement plans and provide input to enable the achievement of Strategic Planning goals that support ZATCA's overall strategic plans.
- Provide input to the budgeting process and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Strategic Planning and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Articulate the Authority's mission and vision, ensuring strategic plans align with the organization's operating model.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input and insights that inform strategic priorities.
- Conduct internal and external analyses to evaluate current trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Job Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.
- PMP Certificate, or equivalent is preferred.
