Job Overview

Our client, a leading retail group in the Middle East, is seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, developing and implementing financial strategies, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all finance functions, including FP&A, accounting, compliance, taxation, budgeting, audit, and treasury.
  • Developing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
  • Delivering accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L reviews, variance analysis, and working capital tracking.

Requirements include:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 14 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ERP/tech-savvy mindset.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and commercial finance.
