\tAs a Fire Safety Expert at Bounty Hunter World, you will be responsible for managing diverse project workloads across KSA, demonstrating expertise in Code Consulting, Fire Protection System Design, and Fire Detection and Alarms Systems.
\tWith a strong analytical and creative thinking mindset, you will work closely with clients to develop effective business proposals and solutions.
\tKey Responsibilities:
\t1. Managed projects and coordinated the technical workload of diverse projects implementing a variety of Fire & Life Safety consulting projects across KSA.
\t2. Attended client project & design meetings, managing project expectations and completing assigned tasks on schedule and within budget.
\t3. Prepared and presented Technical Reports and presentations.
\t4. Led and carried out Design reviews, participating in various levels of Business Development meetings and presentations with Clients.
\tRequirements:
\t1. Relevant experience in Code consulting, design of fire detection & alarm systems.
\t2. 10 years of experience in Fire engineering/consulting is highly desirable.
\t3. Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills are required, along with excellent communication skills including speaking and writing in English.
\t4. Ability to present clear and technically sound fire protection engineering strategies, speak in public, negotiate, explain fire protection concepts, and enforce standards while strengthening relationships.
\t5. Strong Project Management capabilities and understanding of Project Financial management.
\t6. Expert knowledge of NFPA suite of codes and standards in particular NFPA 72.
\tLocation: Riyadh-based project assignment, however, travel may be required occasionally across project sites for meetings, workshops, and inspections.
